I know that the gift of faith is one that keeps on giving, and its that gift that can be developed and nurtured on a daily basis.
I know that the gift of faith is one that keeps on
giving. That it is a gift that can be developed and nurtured on a daily
basis. And it is that gift that I want to communicate to you.
The gift that I want to share with the world is a balanced,
proactive approach to a healthy body, mind and spirit. I am here to
provide you with hope for the future, love for yourself and others and
faith in yourself, others and God.
I am committed to bringing
the best proven concepts from every discipline available in each of
these areas that will provide you with a healthy, happy and peaceful YOU.
The benefit of focusing on mental, spiritual and physical well-being
is that you feel healthy, positive and peaceful every day. Because of
my supportive family upbringing and my chosen vocation, I’ve been
fortunate to learn many of the concepts of mental, spiritual and physical health.
I’ve devoted my career to bringing the world the best information in
each of these 3 areas. While observing people around the world, I’ve
noticed that many people are strong in 1 or 2 areas but, very few
people are focusing on and strong in each of the 3 areas. I can readily
see the symptoms of lack of attention to any of these areas. My
mission is to bring these principles for mental, spiritual and physical
health to each person on the planet who desires to learn them.
The Spiritual Component
I was raised Catholic in a very loving, nurturing Irish and French
family with 2 wonderful parents and 3 siblings. For most of my life, I
had been very happy practicing and worshiping as a Catholic. Because of
the fighting going on around the world – I’ve become especially
sensitive since September 11th - I decided to become knowledgeable
about the world’s faiths so that I can be an instrument who can promote
peace and love around the planet from a position of compassion and
understanding. While learning about other faiths, I’ve been able to
brings concepts from those faiths (like meditation and unconditional
love) into my own spiritual practice to take my faith to new, deeper
levels. I’ve also learned about the commonalities present in faiths and
would like to help build spiritual bridges between people of different
faiths around the world so that we’re focusing on what all people of
faith have in common – the desire to live happy, loving and peaceful.
The Mental Component
I believe in the power of utilizing affirmations and the concepts in
cognitive psychology to create meaningful and lasting change because
I’ve been successfully using these concepts for several years. I’ve
been able to transform every aspect of my life – health, marriage,
parenting, finances etc., to create fast, long-lasting changes in
myself and others using the untapped creative genius in our minds.
According to cognitive psychologists, we only utilize about 5-10% of
our potential in most aspects of our lives. For the last several
years, I’ve trained individuals and companies around the world how to
transform their minds from negative and destructive into positive and
constructive utilizing these concepts.
The Physical Component
I practice a very disciplined physical routine for myself because I
was overweight in my youth and managed to carry around too much fat for
too much of my life. My family has a history of heart disease, cancer
and alcoholism. As a result of lots of studying and reading, listening
to my smart and healthy doctor and by hiring a great personal trainer,
I’ve been able to create eating and exercise habits for myself that
allow me to maintain the ideal weight and health – blood pressure,
cholesterol, etc.
